Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
